Agencies may require to have one or more applications available to intake workers, e.g. income support, unemployment insurance, etc. The agency can configure to have multiple applications available. In CCI, the application process is comprised of several sub-processes. CCI provides the ability to configure many of these sub-processes to meet the agency's requirements.
