CCI allows the agency to configure a timer for a business action to be completed within a certain time period. CCI leverages Cúram milestone functionality to implement timers for an application. The agency can configure whether a timer can be extended by an intake or eligibility worker, and configure whether approval of timer extension is required for a timer.
