CCI provides a list of applications associated with a person which is accessible from the person home page. The system displays summary information about the application on the list. The agency can configure the applications displayed on the applications list based on application status and application type. Additionally, the agency can configure whether a preview panel should be displayed. The content of the preview panel can also be configured based on the application status and type.
