Administrators can configure the programs included in applications, the order in which the programs are displayed, and the eligibility date used to determine eligibility for a program. The eligibility date can be configured to be either the application date or the program request date.
CCI allows the user to view the results of application eligibility checks. Administrators can configure the ordering of the programs displayed for eligibility results. The user may also configure the dates to be used in the decision period.
The eligibility and entitlement rules are determined using the CER rules editor. These rules are configurable by the agency.
