Submitting An Application

In order to register the application with the agency, the application must be submitted. The submitted application is an official record that the client has applied for the requested program(s). In most agencies, the client is required to agree to a set of rights and responsibilities specified by the agency, and also to confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful when submitting the application. Any data found to be untruthful may result in a fraudulent claim.
