Submitting an Application Online

An agency can configure that applications submitted online are routed to CCI for processing. The system can be configured to route the application to the intake worker or work queue when further processing is necessary. For some programs, unemployment insurance for example, the aim is to process the majority of online applications automatically without worker involvement. If the application has been completed by the client with no issues, or missing information, then the application can be processed automatically. For other programs, food assistance for example, the intake worker is always required to review and capture additional information on an application.
