Routing a Submitted Application

An application may be routed to a work queue, to a specific user or group of users based on how the agency has configured its routing policy.

The default setting for CCI is to route applications submitted online to an online applications work queue. The intake worker can access the work queue from their user home page, or via the work queues list from the worker's inbox. The worker can view the applications in the online application work queue, and assign the application to him or herself.

Applications submitted in the agency are by default assigned to the worker who submitted the application.
