Resource Model Reference
This indication is sent when broadcast frames are too high on the internal
segment.
The indication has the following attributes:
- PercentNetworkUtil
- The percentage value of network utilization on the segment
- PercentBroadcastFrames
- The percentage value of broadcast frames on the network segment
- NetworkSegment
- The identity of the network segment being analyzed (Key attribute)
The indication is generated when the following thresholds are
exceeded:

This threshold measures the percentage of broadcast frames on the internal
network segment.

This threshold determines at what point the network utilization of the
