This indication is sent when the number of timed-out client RPC calls approaches the number of client RPC duplicate acknowledgements (badxids) for a single NFS request.

The indication has the following attributes:

numrpcbadcalls: The number of timed-out client RPC calls
numrpcdupacks: The number of client RPC duplicate acknowledgements (badxids) for a single NFS request
name: Identifies the single instance (Key attribute)
