This indication is sent when the number of client RPC calls being retransmitted is close to the client RPC calls timing out.

The indication has the following attributes:

numrpcretrans
The number of RPC retransmissions

numrpctimeouts
The number of timed-out RPC client calls

name
Identifies the single instance (Key attribute)
