Specifying how often to retry data extracts

Use the Warehouse Source notebook to specify an interval after which the Data Warehouse Center will retry a data extract if the first extract fails.

To specify how often to retry data extracts:

  1. Open the Warehouse Source notebook.

  2. In the Default Retry Count field on the Retry page, type the value for the number of times that you want to retry the extract, or use the up and down arrows on the button to the right of the field to scroll through a list of values that you can select.

  3. In the Default Retry Interval field, specify the amount of time that you want to elapse until the Data Warehouse Center retries the data extract. Use the up and down arrows to the right of the Hours and Minutes fields to scroll through a list of available values that you can select.

  4. Click OK to save your changes and close the Warehouse Sources notebook.
