Recording Client Participation

To ensure that a client is participating in the services and actions assigned to them, a case worker or provider can record client participation information. If a client is not participating as required, sanctions may be applied to their benefits. A provider can record daily attendance for services using rosters in CPM.

A case worker can also record daily attendance for actions and services from within an outcome plan. This section outlines the processes provided to record participation within an outcome plan.
