Recording Daily Participation

Recording daily participation allows a case worker to record the number of hours that a client attended, or was absent from, an action or a service on a particular day. If the participation information specified by a case worker is different to the scheduled participation recorded during the creation of the service or action, the case worker is informed.

Additionally if the participation dates specified are outside of the period specified for the action or service, the start date or end date of the associated actions or services is automatically updated with the participation date. For example, if a service is scheduled from 1 January 2010 to 31 January 2010, and participation is recorded for the 1 February 2010, the end date of the service is updated to 1 February 2010.
