Based on the answers the client has provided to the triage questions, a list of recommended community services, service providers, and/or government programs most appropriate to the client's needs are displayed to the worker. Urgent alerts may also be displayed on the results page to highlight any emergency needs that the client may have. The results are derived using a Cúram Eligibility Rule set (CER) which runs after the worker has submitted the triage answers. From the results of a triage, the worker can do the following:
A history of triage recommendations is kept for each completed triage for a client. The history record stores the triage date and time, alerts, and the recommended programs and services. The sections below outline these features in more detail.
