In line with the No Wrong Door approach, workers can refer clients to community service providers who may be able to help meet their basic needs. The organization may not provide a program for the client's need or the client may be deemed ineligible for a program. In these instances, the worker can refer the client to a service provider that may be able to help.
Workers can create referrals to community service providers based on the triage results for the client. The referral is a simple form that is pre-populated with the provider information and any available client contact information. The worker may send, edit or delete an unsent community service referral. By selecting to send a referral, the referral will be sent to the provider via email.
