Managing the Clients on an Application Case

In order to process an application case, all of the clients on the application case must be registered as persons on the system. If the organization has configured search and match for the application case creation process, the system attempts to search and match all of the clients on an application with registered persons on the system. When search and match is not configured, or when the search and match process did not identify a conclusive match for a client, the client may be registered as a prospect. The worker must resolve prospects on the application case by determining whether the prospect is a match with any existing registered persons on the system, or whether the prospect should be registered as a new person. Clients can also be added or removed from an application.

Cúram Intake leverages Cúram participant functionality for matching and registering prospects as persons. See the Cúram Participant Guide for more information on the different participant types in Cúram.
