If a match for the client is not found, the worker registers the prospect client as a person. Cúram Intake allows the worker to register the person with the minimum required data, i.e., First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Gender. These fields are pre-populated if the information is already recorded for the prospect. When the worker selects to save, a Person record is created and is associated with all of the data previously associated with the prospect. The evidence on the application case that was previously associated with the prospect is now associated with the person. Any screenings or triages previously associated with the prospect are now associated with the person.
