The worker also has the option to search for and find a match for the client manually. The worker can use this feature if the system did not identify any potential matches, none of the potential matches is a conclusive match for the client, or the system is not configured to use the automatic search and match process. The worker searches for the client, and upon reviewing the search results, decides whether any of the registered persons returned are a match for the client. When a person is selected as a match, the same processing occurs as described in the previous section when a potential match is selected as a match for a client.
