The intake worker may also select to add an application to an existing case for an existing client on the system. For example, if the client has an existing food assistance case and decides to apply for cash assistance, the intake worker can select to add an application to the existing case for the client. The application then becomes associated with the existing integrated case, and any new evidence gathered on the application is added to the existing case.
