Depending on agency policy and configurations, the worker has the option to start an application from a number of different places in CCI. An application can be started from the following areas of CCI:
If multiple application types have been configured by an administrator, the intake worker can select which application to proceed with. If multiple program types have been configured by an administrator for a particular application type, the intake worker can select which program(s) to proceed with.
An application is always started for one primary client, and, depending on the type of application, the worker may have the option of adding additional clients to the application, for example, the household members that reside with the primary client. Once the application has been started, the primary client cannot be changed.
