  1. Does JAWS 4.51 only partially speak Host On-Demand menus using Internet Explorer?

When navigating through menus in Host On-Demand using Internet Explorer, JAWS 4.51 does not speak the menu items that appear below a disabled one in a drop-down menu. This does not affect menu items that open submenus. As an alternative, use the Host On-Demand Web Start client in order to have JAWS speak the menu contents.

  2. Do you lose focus in Host On-Demand when closing windows?
  3. If you lose focus when closing windows in Host On-Demand and are forced to use the mouse to move focus from the browser back to Host On-Demand, try upgrading your JRE.

  4. Does the Host On-Demand applet lose focus when you switch between windows?
  5. If you launch a Host On-Demand applet in a browser, press Alt+Tab to switch to another window and then switch back to the browser window, the Host On-Demand applet does not regain focus. To fix this problem, upgrade to the latest JRE.
