Rational ClearQuest is Rational Software's defect tracking tool. You can submit coverage related defects to ClearQuest directly from within Purify, if ClearQuest is installed at your site.
Click the Rational ClearQuest icon in the Purify toolbar or select File > File a Bug Report in the Viewer.
