If you have Rational Software's ClearQuest, and if the site-wide URL for your ClearQuest web interface was entered during installation, clicking the File a Bug Report button in the toolbar calls the script pure_invoke_clearquest. (Note that you must start a Netscape browser before clicking the button.)
You can enter the site-wide URL for the ClearQuest web interface manually by editing the file pure_clearquest_url in your Purify home directory. You can also override the site-wide URL by setting the environment variable PURE_CLEARQUEST_URL.
Note that Purify is integrated with the ClearQuest web interface, but not with the ClearQuest UNIX Xwindows client.
To make the File a Bug Report button call pure_invoke_ddts to invoke Rational ClearDDTS, set the X resource purify*ddtsCommandString to "xddts" (if you have xddts in your search path) or to a full path to your xddts executable. If the specified command is not found, the button is disabled.
