Whenever this custom workflow action is executed, it will
process and transform the content data in all the rich text elements
in the IBM® Web Content Manager content
item.
Before you begin
To use the Mobile Content Conversion workflow action, you
must create a
Web Content Manager custom
workflow action with the
Web Content Manager authoring
portlet. Select the mobile content custom workflow action factory.
Then select convert content action as the workflow action.
Procedure
- Log in as the administrator to the Integrated Solutions Console.
- Expand the Applications and click Install
New Application.
- Click Browse to locate and select
the .ear file from wp_profile_root/wp.mobile/wp.mobile.mwp/installableApps/ for
the mobile content conversion workflow action MobileContentWFAction.ear.
- Click Next.
- At Step 1: Selection installation options,
click Next to accept the default values.
- At Step 2: Map modules to servers,
select the WebSphere_Portal server, check the
box for Mobile Content workflow action, and click Apply.
Click Next.
- On the summary screen, click Finish.
- Expand the Applications and click Enterprise
Applications.
- Find the mobile content workflow action application and
select it. Click Start.
