You can configure the optional Media Access Proxy (MAP)
component to use a WebSphere® Application Server data
source with either DB2®,
Oracle, or Microsoft SQL server.

After installing Multi-Channel Server (MCS)
with a DB2 database, Mobile Portal Accelerator extensions,
and the Media Access Proxy (MAP),
you must configure the data source to access the MAP from
the Mobile Portal Accelerator.
