Exercise 7.1: Searching for an IBM SmartCloud™ iNotes user account using Mail Account Manager

In this exercise, you will use the search functionality in the Mail Account Manager to find SmartCloud iNotes® users.

Overview

When administering SmartCloud iNotes accounts, you might need to find a specific account among many thousands. The search functionality in the Mail Account Manager allows you to quickly and easily find SmartCloud iNotes user accounts.

Log in and navigate to the Administration panel. For detailed steps, see the procedure document: Accessing the Administration Panel.

Click iNotes > Mail Account Manager.

Enter the user's iNotes e-mail address and click Search.

You can also search with wildcards. In this example, the search string dma* returns the user dmaroni@ll.llntrain.com
