Exercise 1.3: Viewing your order history

Overview

After purchasing SmartCloud for Social Business, you may want to refer back to your order history. In this exercise, you will learn how to use the Order History page to view all SmartCloud for Social Business orders that have been placed by your organization.

From the navigation pane, click Order History.
Click the Order History link.

A list of the orders for your organization, sorted by order number, along with the submit date and status will display on the page.

If you would like to view the details for a particular order, click the link for the order.
Click the link for the order.

The details for the order will display.

The order history displays: user accounts, purchase date, contract duration, billing cycle, and storage per person.
