For QMF 7.1 the use of the value '0' is only effective with
the following database servers (those supporting the SQL WITH clause):

user when an incomplete DATA object in temporary storage appears to be affecting
performance. Possible values are:

Reset Report Prompt Panel is not displayed and QMF completes the running
report. This is the default value.

to complete or reset the currently running report before starting the new
command.
