Resource Model Reference
This indication is sent when a high amount of datagrams is being received
compared to the number of segments, which is common when a system is being
pinged excessively.
The indication has the following attributes:
- DGReceivedSec
- The number of datagrams received per second
- SegmentsRcvdSec
- The number of segments received per second
- DGSentSec
- The number of datagrams being sent per second
- SegmentsSentSec

The indication is generated when the following thresholds are
exceeded:
Threshold
| Description
| Default
|
Low Segments (LowSegments)
| This threshold indicates the minimum TCP segments per second. This
threshold, used with the Moderate DG threshold, determines whether a system is
receiving a high number of pings.
| 10
|
Moderate DG (ModerateDG)
| This threshold indicates when the rate of datagrams per second are
moderate. This should not be treated as a threshold indicating a high
amount of datagrams, but as one that indicates an above normal
threshold.
