Creating an authentication

Use the Create Authentication window to create the authentication credentials that a script requires to execute against a remote target.

Fields and controls



To create an authentication:

  1. Open the Create Authentication window.

  2. In the Name field, specify the name for the authentication credentials.

  3. In the User ID field, specify the user ID.

  4. In the Password field, type the password associated with the user ID. Each character of the password is displayed as an asterisk (*).

  5. In the Confirm password field, type the password again.

  6. Click OK.
