Create/Edit Authentication -- Fields and controls

Use the Create and Edit Authentication window to work with authentication credentialss.

" " Name

Use this field to specify a name for the authentication. The name can be a maximum of 18 characters, and must be unique.
Note:This field is read only in edit mode.

" " User ID

Use this field to specify the user ID to use to access the remote target. The user ID can be a maximum of 256 characters.
Note:In edit mode, this field is prefilled with the value associated with the selected name.

" " Password

Use this field to specify the password to use to access the remote target. The password can be a maximum of 256 characters. An asterisk (*) is displayed for each character of the password.

" " Confirm password

Use this field to confirm the password.
