The Evidence Tab Container Widget allows users to use a set of tabs where each tab represents a questionnaire. Each tab contains a list of questions and answers about that questionnaire.
The UIM FIELD should have a target connection to an "action phase" server interface based on the domain EVIDENCE_TAB_CONTAINER_XML.
