The Ant target for restarting a WebSphere Application Server for z/OS server is restartserver and the options are the same as for the startserver target. See Start a WebSphere Server for an example of usage.
Note: If the server is not already started when attempting to restart it, the stop portion of the target will not cause the restart target to fail.
