The Items Due To Complete productivity page displays a list of the items (plans, goals, objectives, services, actions, referrals and reviews) that are due to complete within the specified number of days. Only items associated with a plan where the case worker is the plan owner or an MDT member on the plan on which the item exists, are returned. The case worker can set filters for the type of items that are displayed, and set the number of days within which the items are due to complete. The number of days is inclusive of today. For example, If the user enters 2 for the number of days within which items that are due to complete are returned, items due to complete today and tomorrow are returned in the results.
