Adding Goals To The Outcome Plan

A goal can be added to the outcome plan or a goal can be specified for each client on the outcome plan. The goals that can be selected are configured as part of outcome plan administration. A configuration setting exists in outcome plan administration to dictate if a goal can be specified for the outcome plan, the clients on the outcome plan or for both.

The reason for adding a goal to the outcome plan and the date that the client is expected to achieve the goal must also be specified. This date can be subsequently modified and if modified, a history of date changes is automatically recorded. Multiple goals can be specified for the plan and clients over time but only one goal can be in progress at any given time.
