A number of notifications are provided by Cúram Intake to inform the worker of the outcome of the authorization of a particular program or application case. If authorization succeeds for a program, the program status is updated to Approved. If authorization fails for a program, the program status remains as Pending. The worker has the option to attempt to authorize the program again, or to deny the program. Cúram Intake provides configuration settings to allow an organization to switch these notifications on or off.
When a program is successfully authorized, the details of the authorization can be viewed by the worker on the programs list on the application case. The worker can view the date of the authorization, the worker who invoked the authorization, the ongoing case references and the clients on any of the product deliveries created. The worker can also view a list of the evidence records used in the authorization process, and any comments entered by the worker.
