Assessing the Priority, Complexity and Risk of the Application Case

Priority, Complexity, Risk (PCR) is a mechanism which enables organizations to provide a differential response when dealing with a client. It assesses the PCR of an application case by running a configured ruleset on application case data, and providing a rating for the priority, complexity and risk of the application case. If a Priority, Complexity, Risk (PCR) ruleset is configured for the application case, it is executed when the application case is created and determines the PCR rating of the application case. If a PCR workflow is configured, this may be invoked as a result of the ruleset execution. For more information on PCR, see Assessing Priority, Complexity, and Risk for an Application Case.
