The following household members, who live in the home, are not eligible for Food Assistance however their resources are counted in full. A pro rata share of their income is counted. They are not included in the household size:
- Individual who failed to apply for an Social Security Number OR
- Individual who does not satisfy the citizenship and alienage rules OR
- Individual who does not meet the residency requirements OR
- Individuals sanctioned for failure to cooperate with child support enforcement agencies OR
- ABAWD individuals who have exceeded the eligibility time limit.
