Reallocating Tasks Reserved by a User

The user's reserved tasks may also be reallocated, which invokes the initial task allocation strategy. Reallocation can be a good alternative to forwarding when the supervisor has no specific user or unit in mind that would be better qualified to handle the tasks, or when tasks have been assigned to the user in error, and the supervisor is unsure what unit is responsible for that type of task. The supervisor can enter a note to explain why the task was reallocated, which is recorded in the task history.
