Forwarding Tasks Reserved by a User

Tasks that have been reserved by a user can be forwarded to an alternative target. Single or multiple reserved tasks can be forwarded to another user, position, job, organization unit, work queue, or allocation target. If the supervisor notices that a user is overloaded, or that a user has a number of tasks reserved that would be better handled by a different user, he or she can choose to forward some of the user's reserved tasks to other users.
