Cases With Issues uses a heat map and list, to display cases with issues ranked by the number of issues that are associated with them. This helps the supervisor to prioritize cases that require more work. The supervisor can drill down to the Case Issues page for an individual case from either the heat map or list. Case issues can be viewed by type and by age, and from here they can also be reassigned, if necessary.
