The Cases With Issues page is a graphical representation of all cases managed by the supervisor registered this week, that have associated issues. The heat map is color graded by the number of issues associated with each case. Cases with the highest number of associated issues are marked in red, and those with the lowest are in blue. This enables the supervisor to quickly distinguish which cases will require more work at this point. The supervisor can drill down to the Case Issues page for each case on the heat map to gain more detailed information on the issues associated with it. The supervisor can also choose to view the heat map for a single day, rather than the entire week.
Supervisors can view different weeks using the Previous Week and Next Week links.
