Cases With Appeals uses a heat map and list, to display cases with appeals ranked by the number of appeals that are associated with each case. This helps the supervisor to prioritize cases that require more work. The supervisor can drill down to the Case Appeals page for an individual case from either the heat map or list. Case Appeals can be viewed by type and by deadline, and from here they can also be reassigned, if necessary.
