Heat Maps

The Cases With Appeals page is a graphical representation of all cases managed by the supervisor, that have associated appeals. The heat map is color graded by the number of appeals associated with each case. Cases with the highest number of associated appeals are marked in red, and those with the lowest are in blue. This enables the supervisor to quickly distinguish which cases will require more work at this point. The supervisor can drill down to the Case Appeals page for each case on the heat map to gain more detailed information on the appeals associated with it.
