Creating a Service Plan

A case worker has two options for creating a service plan. A new service plan can be created or the service plan can be based on a predefined template.

A service plan(s) can be created for multiple case members of an integrated case except for prospect persons. The prospect persons must first be registered as a person in order to be included in a service plan. When creating a service plan a case worker can specify which case member is to serve as the primary plan participant, and which case members are to serve as additional plan participants.
