The Cúram Service Planning Administration component allows administrators or other authorized users to configure different types of service plans and their associated elements: goals, sub-goals, plan items, milestones and expected outcomes. Additional features such as good cause and contract text can be maintained within the Service Planning Administration component. In addition, the administration component provides an organization with the ability to create service plan templates.
