Case workers can manually create client participation for a plan item, but cannot modify client participation information that has been automatically created. The exception to this is when a case worker makes updates to the progress that a participant is making for the plan item as related to each day of participation. When updating the progress for a plan item the case worker can record whether or not the client is making progress and also the details of the clients progress.
