Client Participation

The information captured for client participation for service and custom service plan items is the same as that for other types of plan items, but also includes information on units attended and units not attended by the participant.

Client participation can be recorded for service and custom service plan items, both manually by the case worker as well as automatically based upon roster line items processed and approved as part of attendance tracking functionality in CPM. When notification is received from CPM that a service associated to a plan item has been delivered via a roster line item and includes daily attendance information, client participation is automatically recorded for the plan item for each day of attendance or non-attendance reported.

If daily attendance reporting is not being used for the service being delivered, client participation will automatically be recorded for the plan item when notification is received from CPM that a service has been delivered via a service invoice line item.
