In addition to creating service plans individually within a case, an agency may also wish to view and manage the services being delivered to its clients in an integrated manner across the case. An integrated service plan view is provided for this purpose.
An integrated service plan is a summarized view of all service plan groups and service plans created within the case and provides a rolled up view of milestones, costs, goals and progress of all service plan groups and service plans.
