The Cúram Long Term Care program is more complex than other coverage types.
The differences include:
- Three different coverage types
- Each coverage type has five different ways with which to pass to be eligible
- Post eligibility cost of care
- Invalid transfer penalties and sanctions
- Spousal impoverishment resource assessment
